Her high chair came yesterday, and Wayne set it up pretty effortlessly in the night, and luckily there was no strong smell of the wood or anything, so she could sit in it today for her lunch of cereal and carrots. 
However, we made the mistake of not putting her in the high chair earlier, and she was pretty much distracted by the whole novelty of looking at her surroundings from a new (and higher) angle, and did not focus on her food, wanting to bite/chew the table instead as well. It was quite a messy affair with cereal/carrots all over the table, seat cushion, her bib and clothes, and even on her face, haha!
Plus, her chair is at the head of the table, says alot about her position in this family. Erm....
